Custom products cannot be returned. Non-custom products can be returned for a 30% restocking fee. The Customer must contact Customer Service to discuss return options. The Customer is responsible for all freight charges on the return.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Customer Service must authorize any order cancellation. Custom orders cannot be canceled once the PO has been processed and manufacturing has begun.
SCHEDULED SHIP DATES
Once the PO has been processed the ship/pickup date can no longer be changed unless authorized by Customer Service. For completed orders held longer than 15 days a 5% storage fee per month may apply. New freight quotes may be applied to any order with a rescheduled ship/pickup date.
Orders designated as pickup shall be invoiced the day the Customer is notified the order is ready to be picked up. Pickup orders must be picked up by the Customer within 15 days of notification. A storage fee may apply at 5% of the total invoice per month.
Dynamic shall use its best efforts in the ordinary course of business to ship deliveries to the Customer’s specifications. Dynamic will make every effort to notify the Customer of any potentially late shipment. Dynamic will not be liable for any costs that result from Dynamic’s failure to meet a delivery date.
A handling/packaging fee will be charged for each order at the following rates: Orders shipping to the 48 states inside the USA are 3% and all other shipments are 5%. Container shipments will require additional packaging fees.
If a partial shipment is requested, each partial shipment will be invoiced separately to the Customer. Invoices for partial orders will be paid according to the terms provided to the Customer.
Customer service will contact the Customer to inform them of the backorder and to discuss available options. The backorder may result in a partial shipment at the request of the Customer and will then result in a separate invoice.
Quotes expire in 90 days unless otherwise determined by the salesperson. Once a quote has expired a new quote must be issued to the Customer before pricing can be honored for that quote.
Freight quotes are estimated at the time of quoting and are subject to change. Quotes for full truck loads will be honored for 7 days. Quotes for LTL will be honored for 120 days. Freight quotes are estimates only. If the freight charges change, the Customer will be contacted by Customer Service prior to shipping the order to discuss available options.
WHAT CONSTITUTES "CUSTOM"
Any product or part that is any color other than Black Texture.
Any product or part that contains a printed or laser cut logo or lettering.
Any product or part that requires a dimensional change requested by the Customer.
Dynamic will not be responsible for any installation charges that were not authorized by Customer Service or noted on the Customer’s purchase order.
All rigs purchased from Dynamic must be secured and fastened to the floor. Contact customer service for details.
