On this live webcast, Joe talks with Joey Guarascio, Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Florida Atlantic University.
Coach Guarascio has previously worked in the strength and conditioning programs at Colorado State, Ole Miss, Northwestern State, and LSU. He earned an Exercise Science degree from Sioux Falls and a Master’s degree in Human Performance with an emphasis in Sports Management from Northwestern State. His current certifications include: CSCCa SCCC, NSCA CSCS, RPR Level 1, USAW Level 1, NASM CES, and Precision Nutrition Level 1.
