Eric Reed

Eric Reed is from Glendale, Arizona where he attended Ironwood High School. This is where he found his love for the weight room and making athletes better. Coach Reed is certified through NSCA as a CSCS*D, RSCC*D and served as the Arizona State Director and the Rocky Mtn. Regional Director for the NSCA. Coach Reed has also served as the High School SIG Vice-Chair and Executive Counsel for the NSCA. He has coached at the high school level for 19 years, and at the college level, winning a National Championship at GCC. In 2012, he was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Arena Bowl Champion Arizona Rattlers. He gets his strength and motivation from his 3 kids, Conner, Cylee and Carley.
