The Bilateral Low Row offers independent in additional to bilateral arm action. Three handle positions allow for different grip positions to develop different mid-back and trap muscle groups. The chest pad supports the torso during rows to further isolate muscle development. Ample plate storage built in to the unit is convenient and makes for an efficient weight room. We follow an intensive, distinctive multi-stage pre-treatment that includes a rigorous mechanical de-scaling, zirconium transitional metal conversion coating and a final powder-coating layer applied and run through our curing oven. This means you can depend upon strong and consistent adhesion levels to the metal and a long-lasting color-coat that will outlive standard performance expectations.
