Joe received his BA in Kinesiology and Health from Concordia University-MN, and has an MA from Viterbo University. He is a veteran Football coach with 35 years of experience, having spent his first six years in Florida, and the last 29 at Menomonie High School in Menomonie, WI. While at Menomonie Coach LaBuda’s teams won 5 state titles and 20 conference championships. He was selected as the State Coach of the year in 1993 & 2002, and in 2016 was honored with the prestigious Positive Influence in Coaching Award by the WFCA. Joe served as the Strength and Fitness Coordinator at Menomonie High School throughout his entire career. He also served five years as the baseball coach where his teams won three conference titles and spent two years as the Girls Softball coach. Joe’s understanding and experience of training a variety of athletes allows him to align coaches with the correct equipment to obtain their training goals.
